DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver to the following towns for a fee. We also deliver to the following local funeral homes. For deliveries in and between these towns, contact us for delivery fees. We do not guarantee same day delivery, or in the event of inclement winter weather and poor road conditions. We will contact the customer before delivery to their address to make sure they are home to receive their flowers. We will not leave them unattended. We can deliver to your special events venue within Huron County. For further questions regarding deliveries please contact us.

RETURN POLICY
In the event that you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of the flowers, please bring it to our attention immediately (day of) and return them so we can fix the problem. We do not do returns of flowers or exchanges. We are not liable for the quality or condition of the flowers after you have received them. For care of flowers please refer to our frequently asked questions, or inquire at time of purchase.
